The client is asked to carefully read these terms of rental sis to confirm their acceptance and signing the lease.It must meet all conditions set forth below. Depending on certain situations, the owner reserves the right to refuse to rent a car without giving explanations to the client.When the rental vehicle, the customer is bound to have on his driving license, identity card or original ID.
Customer age and requirements
Client and appointed leaders mentioned in this contract must be at least 21 years and be holders of a valid driver's license with an older than 1 year. If the above conditions are not met, will require a minimum guarantee of 300 Euro, which will be reimbursed only to return the car in good working and body / matter, all documents, accessories and equipment furnished when that was rented.
1. Driver age
Minimum age of clients must be 21 years.
2. Valid Drivers License
The customer must hold a valid national license issued at least one year before the date of rental.
3. Passport
To rent a car is absolutely compulsory to submit an identity card valid for Romanian citizens and for foreign citizens of a valid passport.
4. Payment
Client representation that the car provided by the company to pay a rent equivalent in lei at the NBR exchange rate of the payment day plus the addition of 1%. Payment is made in cash or by credit card at the moment of delivery.
5. Rental period
Minimum rental period is 24 hours.
6. Deposit
At the beginning of the rental period the customer calling a security deposit can be paid in cash or credit card blocked. Return day car hire customer deposit is fully refunded if the car is present in the same condition that was taken.
7. Duties
A. Fees for delivery to / from the airport If the supply and return the car takes place at the airport, be charged an additional fee of 10 EUR.
b. Location Retrieval If there are no cars available in the requested location, it can make cars from other locations, the payment of additional fees to be determined depending on location.
8. Return the car
The customer must return the car to end the contract with full tank and all documents received along with the car. For the missing fuel will be paid the sum value of 1 € / liter. If you return the vehicle with the delay the customer will pay an additional fee.
9. Renting Abroad
The customer has the right to use the car outside border only with written permission from the company that has the right to change the amount to be paid for rent, depending on destination and number of kilometers make. The customer has the right to use the car on areas specifically mentioned as prohibited by the owner. Customers must pay motor vehicle liability insurance abroad (Green Card) only if the car is rented for international routes.
10. Infringement of traffic rules
Customer is totally responsible for breaking traffic regulations, including parking fines or other charges.
11. In case of loss
If the client loses the keys and / or documents, it will pay an extra charge.
12. Accident
If the customer is under the influence of alcohol, drugs, drugs not recommended, the responsibility of payment in case of accident it is entirely.
